I received an order from F/W weeks ago, but as is standard operating procedures with them, they shorted me some parts. Which however, is usually no problem, but after four E-mails to them - no reply? ? Is anyone else having problems or am I the only one?

Hmmm... Sounds weird... How long since you sent the e-mails? I've once had to wait several weeks before getting a reply due to them being really busy.

It's been almost a month and I E-mailed them every four days or so... ?never had this trouble before! ? Just plain odd? ? I'm not desperate enough to call to the UK from the US... yet!

They only messed up my order once. I ordered one pack each of Vanquishers, Conquerors, Executioners and Destroyer tank hunters. Instead of Vanquishers they sent me another pack of Destroyers. When I mailed them they sent me the Vanquishers pronto, and now I've got an extra pack of Destroyers...  Two fifths of the hull lascannons _were_ snapped, though, and I got no replacements for those.

Still nothing from F/W ... I'll take a lesson from Spammers and I'll e-mail them every 4 days until I die or get my parts which ever comes first !!!

F/W e-mailed me today, and said the would send my missing parts! ?Whao!!! ?Said they were real busy, so I guess that is a good thing!  ?And in the new F/W NL < drum roll, please >... Epic ORK BOMBERs and FIGHTER BOMBERs!!!  YAHOO! ?ADD those to my list with the Epic Chaos fighter! So it is a Happy Easter!

A Grand !!! You are really a Primarch ... and a Doctor ! My experience is 2-4 weeks and you should have your stuff. I'm saving up to order, Epic Hell Talons, Ork Bombers & F/bombers, and whatever else Epic they make in the near future !

Hi! Well, I was waiting a real long time and it seems the dollar is gaining some strength so I decided to get them know. I ordered those Hell talons and new ork bombers too so I'll show pictures of it when I get them. I figure that about a month is about right. Besides tax time was gentle with me this year so I wound up with some cash I could burn....it was either this FW order or my wife would spend it on fine china..... ..I think you'll agree it was better spent on epic stuff.... So what Tau stuff did you order Primarch? A Grand is a LOT of resin. I bet you ordered about 3 of each thing they have! Cheers Chris |

Hi! I ordered one of all the new non-Tau stuff, all the ork pieces, eldar pieces and Tyranid pieces. All the Tau stuff from 1 to 3 packs depending on the code. The Tau make the the bulk of the purchase. Primarch |
