They are very cool, and are somewhat cheaper than their GW metal equivilents. Something isn't right...FW is always more expensive.
Can't wait till they make a battleship sized one!
Cheers
Chris

Not bad. Still, the Tau have left me as cold as ice instead of in a hypeabout them. In fact I think that the tau fleet should be incredibly underpowered to follow the fluff and be completely unable to face an imperial or chaos fleet at all if faced with an equivalent numer of points. They are simply not a spacefaring race, period. Maybe it is bcause I don't like the whole concept of the Tau somehow, but I strongly dislike that fleet no matter the price of the ships or their abilities. Thw warden looks OK but didn't make me rise an eyebrow. Probably for that sam reason.

Health and a lot of sixes,
Xavi

Yeah, nice; I like the big beefy engines... and very reasonably priced as has been said, considering the difference of normal FW kits to similar 40k stuff...

I think i will scratch build stuff that looks similar to merchants but arent actually merchants (because they will be smaller so they dont look strange having 4 hits) so i can buy some of these forgeworld things without having to pay at least $60 to use all of them.

I'm not sure which fleet I prefer. GW's or FW's.
With FW there is an obvious link in war machines, but will this just look like epic tanks on flying bases?
The GW stuff still looks like Tau stuff, without copying the hammerhead style so much.
Plus, metal models are nice, even if only for the weight!
