This model is my final big peice for my fleet. Having a Repulsive Grand Cruiser I didnt need "already having two" Ive combined it with my Desorlator to make a new class of Battleship. The model is a little over 7" long but is perfectly balanced. U can see in the pic that it sits nicely even on a small base. I have no special rules for this ship as of yet. It doesnt even have a name. So Im up for sudjestions. Im looking for a "class" name not a ship name. Thanx ![]() Sorry pics are a bit fuzzy coz the model has only been undercoated. Better pics will follow ![]() http://briefcase.yahoo.com/bc/kr00zza |

Nice work Krooza! Up to your usual very high standards, I cant really tell where the join is without looking at my own models. I'm looking forward to seeing it painted up and finished. May I suggest that this could be the lead of the new Revulsion or Loathsome Class Heavy Battleship, or perhaps the Oppressor Class Dreadnought? Thanks for sharing- I'd like to see all your fleet laid out at once! ![]() |

Very impressive. I think I'll add a couple of name suggestions myself: Tormentor? Abyss? Inferno? Bloodbath? Damnator? Soulflayer? |

Lovely model.. Looks pretty damn massive and like it would be rather powerful!! -Why is it based on a small base tho? -just aesthetics or is it tempoary? ![]() |

Thanx. Oppressor sounds so cool ![]() ![]() ![]() You may be suprize at how small my finished fleet will be. All these big models are made as interchangeable flagships, I dont intend to make a massive fleet that uses them all at the same time. |

When customizing any large vessel I like to get its balance just right. By making the model stable anuf to stand on a small base Im asured it will be rock solid when transfered to a large one. |

Oh a different subject... I remember finding a BFG site that discribed a Chaos Beast. Wasnt a beast ship but an actual space monster thing. It had a discription for each of the chaos powers. I cant find the site now. ? ![]() Was thinking of making a big Khrone beast armed with an axe using a BloodThirster and some over bitz ![]() |

First let me say the conversion is excellent. Nicely conceived and well executed. Well done krooza. Chris all you need to do something similar for the imperials is weapons sprues and a few oddments from the plastic cruisers. Check out my own dreadnought. http://www.angelfire.com/games4/chubbyb ... nought.htm Bob DeAngelis |

Thanx Serps ![]() Check this pic out Chris. Looks like a real simple but very effective conversion. http://www.voidgamers.com/channel....iew.jpg Love ur Dreadnought chubbybob.. looks cool. Seeing your dreadnought suddenly inspired me to make an Aircraft carrier type Imperial ship. But I dont have an Imperial fleet so maybe sometime in the future, Has anyone else made such a vessel? I think it would look cool, exspecialy if it had lots of little ships docked on the runway ![]() Anyhow Ive dicided my ship is a Oppressor Class Dreadnought and the ship name is Torment. So special thanx to Tas and Mojarn Piett for the cool names ![]() |

heheheheh wrong person to ask. I'm a carrier nut!! check out http://www.angelfire.com/games4/chubbybob/carriers.htm I run an alternative carrier and ordnance rule set for BFG that I use in the Golgotha campaign taking BFG nearer to Modern naval rather than WWI naval as it is at present. ?=0) Bob DeAngelis |

I like the way BFG plays like a simple naval game. I saw this pic of a different game "Full Impulse" and it looks so confusing ![]() http://www.voidgamers.com/channel....070.jpg Least now I know what happened to my car arial... that dodgy looking guy in yellow musta swiped it ? ![]() |
