GW US is releasing their new super-catalogue soon: http://store.us.games-workshop.com/storefr....de=5316 ..I think it was mentioned here before, but these are the first official previews I've seen... over 1000 pgs, nice!
I really hope GW UK bring it out eventually- priced about ?20, it'd be a bargain!   :)

Hi!

Thats one thing from GW I'll never buy..catalogues.

Paying for something designed to extract more money from me is against my religion... :;):

That is one hell of a book, but I probably won't get one even if it does come out in the UK, due to one thing:

NO EPIC!!!

Whats wrong with them??? They sell Epic by the bucket load on the US online store, but don't include it in an official catalogue? Yet again GW's plans confuse us all!

Cheers

Chris

Sure, it is a catalogue, but one thing attracts me to it is the parts lists- being a keen modeler & converter in 28mm scale, it would be great to be able to find any part I want, its code etc etc & to be able to order it, instead of looking through hundreds of WDs searching for that elusive component....

No Epic.. bah, yeah that does suck I guess... maybe a supplement later? *hopeful* ..but GW UK will probably decide not to sell Epic in bitz formats, seeing as BFG is not available in such a way right now from MO... ?:L

Yes, I mentioned it before, after I saw it in the New W/D.  T/S looked it up on the G/W US site, and saw it would be $30 USD.  I hope we will see Epic stuff in the Fanatic mag ... but all that remains to be seen ...  :;):

Hi!

You would think that if they are releasing a new version of epic, they'd at least list the stuff in their catalogue.....

....problem is you'd need to THINK, not GW's forte.... }:)
