So, I have already shown you guys my Epic armies, and I've participated in one of the Epic painting competitions.

Time to let you guys discover a bit more of my little soldiers.
In this case, my last 40K army : the Servants of the Fly, formerly known as the Halith VII Rangers.
They are an IG army that has been corrupted by (you guessed it!) Poppa Nurgle.

What started out as an army based upon the third Siege of Vraks Renegades armylist, has expanded to a force playable with the Normal Codex : IG, and has even had a contingent of Chaos Space Marines and Chaos Deamons added to the mix for those big, humongous Apocalypse games (playing Epic on a larger scale, what's not to like ;) )

Anyhow, less chatter and more piccies I hear you cry out.
So, without further ado :

I'll just follow the regular Codex-structure and start with...

Troops
Now I won't bore you with individual piccies of all my units of Guardsmen, know simply that I have 2 times two Squads and 2 Command Squads, good for 50 footsloggers in total.
All are equipped with an autocannon, a PlasmaGun, a Sarge and a Vox Caster

To represent Plague Zombies, I used the Fantasy Battle Crypt Ghouls, who strongly resemble the zombies from the movie I am legend

madd0ct0r, those were indeed, in their previous life Squigs that were waiting in their Blisters to be added to my Orcs and Goblins horde.
But then 8th edition appeared...

So I greenstoffed some tails on them, and facetted fly eyes.
The wings are from MaxMini, they are in the "Conversion Bits" section and are called Dargonfly Wings
To finish them off, I used some greenstuff to model muscles going from the body to the wings
