I earned a promotion and a major raise. Took the kids to Disneyland more then once and to the Zoo. Then I...  Oh wait, you mean game wise. Oh then almost nothing.  :vo

I did two minor conversions and sold off a bunch of stuff I did not want/need any more.

Maybe 2009 will be better.  :laugh:

Congrats for the promo Dafrca :)

Modelling wise this year was both a high and a low: my participation in the warband-a-week event on the Lead Adventures forum resulted in my highest output ever. Following that, zilch.

Oh yes, there is another achievement: lowest ever number of entries by me in Epicomp; and lowest number of votes I ever managed to get - 1! Thank you, kind voter, whoever you are :)  :cool:

But at least that blasted postgrad which took over my life for the past 6+ years is over....

Looking back though my photobucket it seems that I have painted a lot of stuff over the last year.  Its weird because I have felt like I haven't been very active in hobby stuff this year as I have had periods where I have done nothing for weeks on end.  Having an office job instead of working away in the field all the time my be really helping.

Building the CI

Sanding and painting the bases of my entire Chaos army (tedious, but long overdue)

Some cityfight terrain pieces.

a few Eldar Aspect warriors

a few Exodus Wars studio army pieces (Drop Pods, Snipers)

All in all a pretty slow year to be honest, but I've had difficulty finding the time and getting in the right mindset to get some proper work done.

Made molds of WMN's Capitol Imperialis (molds are in the landfill now, so don't ask).

You guys have put me to shame painting wise. My 2008 was dominated by job hunting.

I hope to get more done in 2009 when I get my contact lenses.
