Unfortunately my projects for this weekend don't involve miniatures.  I've got to replace an old toilet with a new one, finish putting the new cabinet hardware in the master bathroom, and fix a leaky pipe that's kind of jury rigged right now to keep from flooding the house while I wait for enough time to fix it.  Probably  going to have to go buy and install new hardware for the kitchen cabinets as well.  Though right now I've got a Holiday Sophie (Reaper) about 30% done and a couple handfuls of Reaper CAV minis about 70% done.  The Sopie has to get done first though as she's going to miss a deadline for a Christmas miniature exchange.

Yesterday a tried to primer a ton of Squat stuff - about 42 bike stands, 30 trikes, 15 mole mortars, 30 Thunderer stands, 30 Berserker stands and about a dozen Exos on bikes. I say tried to prime bacause about half way through I ran out of primer.  :(  I knew I was running low, but I hoped I would have enough to this all of this. Now I'll have to wait till next weekend to finish them, because by the time I get home from work during the weekend, it's already dark out and I prefer spray painting outside due to the fumes.

That's a problem with living in the "Great White North" !  Cold and Dark earily !  I set up a paint station in my Garage for this time of year.  And my K/Mek-6mm terrain WIP continues !  :alien:

Finally finished the Sophie I was working on for an exchange today.  Can't post pics until the recipient receives it, but promise to show her off when I can.  Next up is to finish up some CAV models that were put on hold when she arrived...that is until my DRM/CH order comes in and they get put back on hold. ::):

Krooza: Muahaha! ?Proppa orky. :alien:

DS: I know the feeling. ?Happened to me recently. ?Luckily I have a Dad who works in a hardware store and it looks like plasti-kote matt super works just as well as GW black primer.
When does it get dark, where you are, anyway?  Here in blighty dusk comes on just before 4pm, at this time of the year.

What I have been doin': I finished up the techpriest's bodyguard a few days ago. ?Still have to get photos. ?Also, I finally got meself a deviantart account, which I'm fairly pleased by. ?Only a few scraps up so far, but hopefully that'll change. ?See it here. ?If you like. :;):

I had intended to catch up on some CAV painting today to clear off the Shelf of Shame to make room for my incoming purchases, but ended up doing some 1:1 scale terrain work on the ol' miniature storage facility (some people call theirs a "house" for strange reasons).  (WARNING link is to a 17MB quicktime movie, dial-up users beware)
