Tas your site was (and is) an inspiration, certainly inspired me. Still one of my favourite websites of all time.

Miss playing with images. Used to do it for a living before I went into buying and then management. :L

So you confess being a pointy-haired boss...   :p  }:)

Anybody in the damagement control?

GREAT pics Jimbo. I wish I wasn't too lazy to learn something like that.  :)

Tech-adept Horseman reporting.

All work on SCBuild has been completed, program tested and proven bug-free. Today it will be released for public access.

Miniature painting progressed.
Sisters of Battle had the metallics applied, but some further touch-ups are still neccesary.
Company Champion had his power sword finally painted. I am growing more and more fond of my new Power Weapon effect.
One Dark Angel Space Marine had the Bolter arm removed (it was glued on _badly_), cleaned from glue (as was the torso part where it was stuck), and fixed back in the place, this time properly. I also finished his new freehand Chapter badge - this time modelled upon the cover logo of Manowar's Sign of the Hammer album.

I did the original version in about 1998, then redid the whole thing from scratch to the current incarnation when I lived in England in 2001/2002.  Sicne then though, the software I used has died, the format in incompatible with anything else and I will have to redo it from scratch.  And while I will never really "move-on" from OGRE (I love those guys!) I'm into a number of other projects now as I discussed in my Blog thread.

One day, I'll be reinspired no doubt and I'll get my teeth back into it with a vengeance.

Actually, now that I think about it there is a direct correlation with the time when my primary interest in OGRE waned, and when I started playtesting the draft EA rules.... I hadnt thought about that before!

You are always working on something.  Keep it up.  It all sounds great.

I just can't seem to be able to stop finding myself occupations. :)

My Sister scored 4th on the Relic contest. Not bad, altough I expected her to turn out better. For all the work I put in, people voted more for miniatures that were more like late WIP's then complete. This seriously hurts. :(
But then, some expert painters who haunt those areas gave me good opinions on my work. So I guess it was worth the effort afterall. :)

I have recently contacted certain person through another board, and found out he was still visiting B&C. Well, I was never really sure if they would remove my avatars after I demanded it, so I asked him to confirm/deny.
Guess what? After two months, the b*****ds still did nothing to remove them.
So today I fired off a short email towards one of the board admins.
Did you think I'm stupid?
Stupid enough to not find out that your board is CONTINUING to use these images even though two months have passed since you were informed of the permission expiring?
I think not.

You have 7 (seven) days to remove them. Any longer and you will suffer the consequences.

If that does not convince him - I will take serious actions.

At the same time, it seems B&C is going down the slope. Admins are getting ban-happy, and in general all that board stood for once is now only figures of speech. Good riddance, B&C.

You might need to chill a little there T5H.
I'm glad you got some valuable feedback on your painting though.  Its always great to have artists you admire give you constructive criticism
