Right, dragging this thread firmly back on topic.... 
Felt inspired today to try and get this project finished, so I got going on the final main section (until I make more trees, hills, etc) -the radar dish!
I used Araldite to stick it firmly to the base, and modelled on a load of snowdrifts with that lovely wonder stuff.. plasticine...
Sorry the photo is a bit poor, it's just a quick 'in progress' snap..
