Nice work Centurian, love the banner, though it does make me wonder just how strong a marine is

Just bought one of these off ebay...

Cost me $25, not bad when it retails around $40 in the US.
Though the shipping from Hong Kong was $18. Still a good saving as would have cost me that to have one sent from the US anyway

Its fully poseable, and stands just over 7" so its just a bit taller than an Ork Stompa.
I plan to convert it slightly and use it has a 40K creature. Maybe a guardian of some strange alien temple... you get the idea Im sure

Anyway just thought Id share mt idea. Any sudjestions?
Also where can I get domed headed rivits from? Do they sell them in the UK?

Got to admit I just am having a hard time seeing this as an Epic Titan. It just looks so "War Machine" to me. Now, that does not mean it is not nice looking, just is too close to the Warmachine stuff in my mind to make the leep to Epic.

Now maybe once it is painted etc I will see it.

Thats a fair point. Its hard to get that Epic look when not using any epic parts. :l
Ive tried to compensate for that by making the base very detailed and epicish :;):
Here it is undercoated.

I do like the way it looks. It does have a very menacing look to it.

Maybe you should add some runes to it, that might make it more Squat looking. Also maybe use one of the ?hatch? looking parts, open it up and have a squat looking out. It would give it a better sense of size etc.

In any event, I look forward to seeing it finished!

Centurion:  Some really good stuff there

Krooza:like the pic.  As dafrca mentions you may have to add bits to make it more 'epic' looking.

I should be resuming my own painting this weekend with more units from the DA to be completed and some of the units FW brought out for Tau. I have neglected them quite a bit.
