Nice wee board Jimbo, because of lack of space that would be the only way I could put together anything, scenery wise, will be watching this one with interest.

Looks great. I can't wait to see the finished result. :)

Ork Battlefortresses almost complete. I'll post a few pics once finished. I'm also starting a bit of work on the squiggoths.

Cheers! :)

Well managed to win an eBay auction for something I have wanted for ages.

Got it for roughly half the price they have been going for.

I always wished they had done an Epic scale Gorkamorka...

Heh, I love the old Gobbo Rebel stuff - hope you've got the - ah - Klippa, was it? too. :D And I guess an Epic scale version could be possible - esp. for Feral Orks. Any takers? :p

Through the exams, back to business. :)

Returned to working on Bloodrayne: Improved yesterday, done with one of the levels.

Today I'm getting my paints and brushes out again.

Bought a new motherboard for my comp a couple of days ago. Shouldn't have been a problem but for some reason everything seemed to go wrong afterwards. I finally think I have everything working more or less normally again but there's definitely been a lot of times during the past coulpe of days, when I had to sit back and count to ten or risk complete meltdown.
I hate computers...

Also the Battlefortresses and squiggoths are nearing completion. Just need to add a few riveted armour plates to the battlefortresses and they're done. The squiggoths need a bit more work butt I really like how they are coming along. Think Hannibaal and the punic wars... :;):

Cheers! :)

Aye I have the Cutta too.

You can see more on the workbench page for the Cutta.

I would have thought that it shouldn't be too hard.

An Epic rebel grot army would be a nice variant.

Well, needless to say not much in the way of gaming lately!

I have conqured about half the world in Rome Total War on my laptop at sea but apart from designing some aeronef ships thats about all on that front sadly.  Played a lot of BIG wargames with real ship, aircraft, subs, tanks and troops though - that has to count for something yeah??  Much less painting required too! hehe

I am about halfway through re-reading the Honour Harrington series (Awesome!)- next on the re-reading list is Hammer's Slammers (tks for the inspiration L4) and the Bolo series!

Want o get soemthing fun I can play with my kids now - think of a Dino Hunt type of fun with plastic figs so my 4 and 8 yr old can play on the table.  They took to Star Wars pod racing a round the ouse with soem micromachines quite well.  Anyone got any other suggestions?

Tas

For my next trick - replace my computer's power supply, and add 1/2GB of RAM.....

Wish me luck :)

Almost finished my last Hammer's Slammer book, I'm glad I inspired you Tas ! :D  H/S Rules !  I'm reading over the E:A rules and Swordwind.  And making notes about our "hybrid" system. Based on H/S, thinking about AAA units in Epic being able to shoot down Missiles - Deathstrike, Titan, Off Board and Ork Pulsa Rokkits ! :;):
