Then I will post the Custodian as soon as I paint it instead of waiting a few months. Anyways it's probable that it will take me a few months to finish it...  :laugh:

By the way in that picture the Custodian looks far better. It will be nice having a picture of your whole fleet where the blue and white scheme could be appreciated like it is in this picture, I'm sure it would be impressive.

Another week, another entry in my blog... This time I've almost finished one of the Protectors and I took one picture of the ships I've painted so far (Or at least that seem to be painted) over the space mat.

The bridge is under the prow (Once I finish painting the bottom of the protector I'll post pics), I didn't like the way it looked in the original model so I just changed it.

Regarding the Ion cannons... In fact I don't know which weapons are represented in the model, but I'm afraid I removed most of the turrets (Or what I thought were turrets) as I didn't like the way they looked.

The symbol was just cloned with green stuff from the Emmissary's symbol.

aha,
so you place the bridge under the missile holes in the prow. Before the launch bay? Right?  

I'm used to the bridge on top in its original position (which looks good in my opinion) and now it is just like your is missing something.....  but it does look more in line with the escorts in this top down view!

Not a painting update this time, I've almost painted an Emmissary but I want to paint both completely before posting them. Anyways I got today the blast markers I ordered and I took some pictures:



The picture isn't too good as the flash has "eaten" most of the colors but you can see how the markers look (By the way, you can also see the bridge under the Protector's prow)
