Hi Guys, Long time no post! I've not had much time for wargaming over the last few years, although my friend and I do manage a game of Frostgrave once a month! We've finished the main campaign and are now going to trying out Gaslands. Anyway, my eldest son and I have been looking through the FoW Blitzkrieg book and he'd really like to do a French force. Now I've noticed there are various other suppliers of 15mm tanks and figures for Germans, but not so many for the French. Any ideas? |

Maybe use british infantry? As far as I remember the french used a longcoat in the beginning of the war, and the british used something similar, but a bit longer later on. British: For vehicles not a lot to find in 15mm, though. For minis (play russia and germany my self) I have always been happy with plastic soldier company, http://theplasticsoldiercompany.co.uk/, maybe write them and ask for french troopers and tanks? Good luck with your project |

Thanks for the reply Nitpick. They do look good. To be honest I plumbed for the FoW Somuas and Hotchkiss tanks. I found a few on eBay that were slightly cheaper than Battlefronts. Still cost a bomb though! I'm also collecting early war Germans - thank goodness for The Plastic Soldier Company! |
