Post subject:  An article about "What if" ships

Hello all. Long time nothing to say. I just found this one while searching for info about my favorite subject (i.e. unrealistic superweapons for WWII). Well worth reading IMO.

I have to confess this sort of thing fascinates me. I have always loved the idea of what ships would have been built if the Washington Treay had not been implemented or if more resources had been developed to navies in WW2.

It is not simply an exercise in building the biggest and bestest battleship- as the article says it is always a balance between speed, armour and guns.

I have saved the pdf to read at leisure- thanks for link.
