Hi! A friend of mine is interested in representing the first punic war. We have opted for DBM for the terrestrial battles, and we are thinking about using Corvus ase the ruleset for the naval battles. Anyway, i was thinking: Where can i buy 1:1200 wargalleys miniatures? i know that Navwar sells them, but i would like to know if there are any other manufacturers out their

Hi
Langton miniatures in the UK are probably the most detailed Ancient Galleys I know of in 1/1200, but they are a bit expensive:

Hope this helps

Yeah, but GHQ doesn't make ancient ships. The oldest are their napoleonic line...
And strangecargogames produces galleys for the renaissance era :S
I can't believe there's only two miniature makers for ancient wargalleys!

try again, Yuber: check out this site, which I've spent the past few days trying to find - I only managed with the help of a friend from Engand: Warrior miniatures The galleys are in 1:650 at the very end - the fleet set is very cheap, the models nice - and the gallery link shows pics.
