now then,

Ive started a new project, Wars of the roses in 6mm scale using the impetus rules, does anyone play ancients with these rules?

If so id be interested to hear your thoughts.  I have the book and have read it and it promises to be a cracking game.

all is revealed on my Blog!

Nice blog!

I have been working a bit with Basic Impetus, and the rules seem to be fine so far.  My only concern would be markers and that is a minor quibble.

I haven't tried Impetus yet, but it is definitely on my list for a system that will allow me to play medieval battles in 6 or 10mm. I will be following your blog with interest!

Very Nice.  I love the force to space ratio on that base.

Hi like the figures - cool blog too.

Currently awaiting my copy of Impetus, so also keen to know how well people are finding it throuought the periods it covers.

Gonna put the 'cat amonst the pigeons' though as it is a common misconception that Yorkshire supported the 'Yorkists' cause during the WoR. Actually Yorkshire was per-se staunch 'Lancastrian' supporters....

Looking forward to peoples views of Impetus

Thats very true, however Yorkshire is a large place.  We are all from North Yorkshire, Middleham castle is just down the road, home to the infamous Nevill family, staunch Yorkists......until they changed sides.......
