In your quick opinion what historical army, time period, and/or look would work well to represent the Eaterlings from Middle Earth.
In this case I am asking about both the wainriders and easterlings decribed in earlier battles of the third age, such as the battle Celebrant, as well as the Easterlings from the Pelennor fields.
If you can also mention who makes said mini in 28mm scale that would help too.
My first gut reaction would be Huns with thw wainriders using Celtic chariots. The mongols be too "advance" I think for the Dark Age fell of Middle Earth.
Let me know, Thanks
P.S - No ranting on the movie visuals. Your first reaction is probaly your best, right? =)
