I finally made a 'neat' version of my long-term project of writing a decent wargame.

After some playtests, I finally came to this. Still needs lots of neatening up. And that's my problem. My work is not neat. So I have a few questions:

-What do you think of the rules? (ofcourse)
-what should I do to improve readability?
-What do you think I should add to the rules?
