I really enjoyed Final Liberation all those years ago. Still have it somewhere. Don't think I've any old machine that could play it now though. |

The GOG versions work on modern computers just fine (usually) which is the advantage. |

I played and finished all 3 back in the day. Chaos gate is perhaps the weakest of the lot compared to competition. I remembered it not being nearly as good as to whatever xcom game was popular at the time |

Hi! Oddly, I bought this game. Played it for 30 minutes and returned it. The first game I ever took back. Didn't like it one bit. Maybe I should give it another try after all these years. Primarch |

Bought both FL and Chaos Gate from GOG. Both games where horrible and i will never play them again. Even nostalgia couldn't help them... |

Hmm... Yes. Played SOTHR and enjoyed it at the time. Final liberation, though, not so much. Did not capture that epic feel at all IIRC. |

Reading that shadow of the horned rat is not ready and keeps crashing at the first mission according to reviews, makes me think they ported it perfectly. That was my experience of the original game to a T. Sadly they're all Windows only, so I don't think I'll get to play. |
