Ok, most of the tabletop games have all the same procedure. You roll the dice to hit, then a damage dice(or you have a consistent damage) and the you make your armor dice. 2-3 rolls. Too much time consuming. With China or enough 3D printer you can make your own dice. One dice for units and one roll. |

- - and back to topic a second, not all rules have multiple roles per event (to shoot, check effect, check morale, check rout distance etc) It is perfectly possible to combine such multiple dice rolls into a single roll, simply by working out the combined odds and translating these. For example, If there is a 70% chance of a shot being fired, a 50% chance of that shot hitting, a 40% chance of the shot killing etc, then this is a total of 14%; roughly a "1" on a six sided dice. where you need a greater spread of numbers to allow for variances in the factors, use a 10 or 20 sided dice, or two 10 sided dice for an exact number (percentage) |

ok carlos, i think i comment prosa not. Yeah, i think i name it Fighting Power. When a unit has FP (Fighting Power) 2. That Dice have 4 blank sides and one Bomb (1 Sucess) and the next is 2 Bombs. I have 4 chances to roll nothing and then 1 or 2. I can make many dices with symbols with printing services for me . A Warlord Titan and a Space Marine Tac Squad have one dice with other symbols (The Titan have more Bombs) and i can roll many units fast. |

One dice roll was the system Epic 40K used. I quite liked it as it's faster. You do't get as fine grained interactions, but this wasn't such a problem if you want a faster game. I've been playng around with an update to E40k that uses the same speedy dice rolling, but didn't get too far with it. |

Good and fast system for 6mm with only one roll of dice. |

Lot's of games use different systems than the one you just mention. Besides more dice, you could also use a computer program, print out the list of results up to 1,000 and cross reference it everytime you needed a roll. Then no rolling needed. I'm at the first roll, the first result was a 2. I failed. Cross-it of fthe list. Next time you need to roll look at result 2; it was a 6. I succeeded. Cross it off the list. That's pretty fast and no bulky dice or computers needed. Just a sheet of paper and a pencil. |
