Yes, spending too long on going through the armies can be a terrible bore and was guilty of doing that on the first video I tried out (which is a horrible mess so won't subject you to it). It's the real reason that I then opted to film the army fly-bys that you saw in the video that you've watched.
I like the tip about the logos, will definitely try and sort that out, cheers!
I haven't watched your video yet but will check it out in the morning and provide feedback then!
Thanks again for the tips and help!

Just watched the videos and loved the cobblestones tutorial these looked great, the painting of them was also a great touch I wouldn't have thought of myself so thank you for that.
don't know if you guys figured out the glue issue with wire mesh to sprue fence posts but I have had the same issue myself trying to recreate cyclone fencing for 40k as superglue will spread into the gaps and the surface tension seems to fall away from anything you are trying to stick it to.
this may help although I have not tried it yet myself but using some thin fuse wire or kanthal wire ( stuff used for ecigarettes - a quick search should find a supplier) thread it through the mesh and wrap it around the post to hold it in place. would actualy remove the need for superglue and look like a fastner. the kanthal can be bought in very thin 0.1mm thicknesses and 50m for about £10, also pretty handy for epic razorwire

Hey guys. So I forgot that this time of year was my busiest. I have a battle report on it's way, but it's killing me to finish the editing due to work, so it probably will only be done next week.
Thanks for the compliment Garben. I honestly learned most of this from trial and error. I have a unit on my shelf that has very dull grey paving stones, and I just really didn't want a repeat of that so I tried that method and it worked out.
I have been working on a similar solution to the wire mesh problem. My idea was that you get a small bit of thin wire and bend it in half, drill two small holes side by side on the fence, and plug the wire through the mesh into the holes. I'd have to make the tutorial to really show what I mean, so I'll work on that next week.
Do you have a picture of your method? I think it could look very good.
