I took this picture at Salute, and it just occured to me that it might be of interest here too.

I'm more of the "I alrady have one fleet, I don't need another"

I hate you and love you in equal measure for showing us these images.

Hmm, nice but not that great in my humble opinion.

It always surprises me how huge the GZG lines are.  If Jon would only invest in a proper online store with pictures of everything...

I bought a small starter set of these (battleship, battlecruiser, couple escort cruisers and a few small vessels can't remember which ones exactly).  They are nice.  Need to get around to painting the dang things.

Somewhat ironically, the best place to find pictures of GZG miniatures is actually here:

http://eurekamin.com.au/index.php?cPath=204_311&sort=3a

The FT line is quite industrial, which I have to admit is a look that I am really liking right now. I picked up a Battleship and some small carriers at Salute.

I do find the FT range a little hit and miss, and some of the older sculpts are looking a little dated now. This new NSL fleet is really nice, though.

They are pretty cool, I like 'em. They seem workable and practical.

Appently they are redoing most of the Full Thrust range, and phasing out the old stuff as molds break.  So hopefully the whole lot will be pictured.

Also hints of the rules being redone.  Though I wouldn't be surprised if it's just another update with stats for the new ships.

Yeah, very hit and miss range, you tend to see the regular shapes that were used to make the ships rather then a recognisable features like the BFG stuff (bridges, guns etc).  And although the ships seem cheaper then BFG, they tend to be quite thin.  The NSL are seem  to be easily the best, and the freighters are really nice and suitable.  Don't get the rim pirate ships- mostly rubbish, especially the carrier [shudder] it looked good in the photo!

Yeah, I like the new NSL designs.  Conversely I kinda prefer the old NAC ones though.  The UNSC and OUD are my favourites of all their lines.

I've always been partial to this design:

My favorites are the old style FSE, new UNSC, and ORC.
