Meant to add this to the previous thread but failed to find it.
Just been on the site and although the other games are still listed GW 6mm has been crossed out....ominous?

Most likely - GW got wind of it all and forbid him from stating their models for his game. Or, he just lost faith in the miniatures being around when SfC is released.

I wouldnt take this as any more informed than the rest of us.

Almost certainly a GW shutdown job. Cease and Desist.

The book is a commercial product and I am pretty sure that GW can't let anyone make money from the inclusion of their product names and trademarks.

I am assuming that the lists will be back in some form as a free download once the rulebook is released.

From previous discussion I think Pete had intended using 'generic' names for stuff and players could draw their own conclusions as to what models may apply to them.

If it is true that GW stopped use of their IP, they are shooting themselves in the foot and stopping more people buying the miniatures who dont like or know of Epic.

L4- I see from the list at the site that Old Crow 15mm is on it...does that mean a set of Slammer's Rules?

Slammers Rules, that would be good.
I too thought it would a stupid move of GW to ban use of IP in this case, and it's not as if any names are being used either (or perhaps that's it!) though 6mm GW can mean little else other than Epic. I was just dissapointed (again) and thought it was interesting to see it crossed out rather than completly removed, suggests a story there somewhere.

Both the Slammer Handbooks are / Rule books. And they are a pretty good set of rules. Very playable, but not as detailed as Epic. ?But could be used for Epic, IMO. ?Now those Sci-fi rules on the link may cover the entire O/C 15mm range, which includes Slammers.  Now, IMO, the DRM rules sound pretty good. And may hold a lot of promise ...
