This one has really dragged on, and IMO half the minis on the sprue are just plain ugly.

Yes I will have a use for the other half, but with it taking so long, you really have to wonder that you could have found or made substitues long before this actually kicking off.

All for the hobby I guess

Short answer is that no one other than the wargames factory team know.

Many people have asked and the only response is "we will get back to you soon".

I gave up, asked for my deposit back. To their credit the refund was sorted out inside a couple of hours.

I think the number of people requesting refunds mean this is never going to happen.

The fact that they spend all their time showcasing what they have done on their 28mm Great coat sci-fi troopers, which they haven't yet asked for pre-order dollars, was what finally pushed me over the edge and ask for a refund.

They had my money in their accounts for over 10 months, long enough to make more than 3 forum or email updates, IMHO.

They dropped the ball - frakk'm!  E/W all the way!

If it was going to happen, they'd already be in people's hands. And, yeah, 10+ different "greatcoats" threads with regular updates (and NO preorder $$ collected for any of them) without so much as a peep about the deathbots for months on end (with completed renders AND money in hand) is a huge pile of bovine feces.

Yes, WGF said, they'd let me know this week, as I e-mailed them and wanted to know what's up ... Nothing yet ... I have very little confidence in the WGF. I will probably ask for my pre-order $$$ back soon.  I don't think I'll be dealing with WGF in the future regardless.

I'll pick up some of their ancients models at some point in the future but I won't take part in the Liberty and Union process again.

I know John Bear Ross is a member of this forum and its a shame that his design's have been so badly handled by this mini company.

I finally gave in and asked for a refund. I'm quite keen on doing a necron army here and I can figure out some other way to proxy wraiths and pariahs. The edenites are just too good for everything else.

I have just finished organizing a Necron force using Edenites & the OOP Chaos Andriods.  And a DRM Andrayadas Force adding a few Edenites and Chaos Andriods ...  + Jimbo's making 6mm Cyborg Force, being sculpted by E&C ...  So WGF is really dropping the ball on this ...  I may just have enough "Toasters" in my Universe ...
