Could barely get past page one before I gave up. It's that kind of thing that makes me despair of being a gamer. To think: I just put down a guy on another forum for making generalisations about rabid GW fanboys. |

I used to post on that furom but I found there was alot of that sorta crap on there, and although it was never directed at myself I desided I didnt like the genral feel of the forum. |

LOL I hate to say it but the kind of mentality in that thread is why I won't do GW tournaments... I play to have fun not get carped at. |

I agree with Krooza. The BFG forum is also has many of those tendencies. For example it is completely unrealistic to hink that any Space Marine Strike cruiser in the Imperium could be armed diferently than the standard weapons loadout. ..And lets not even get started on what appens when people suggest ships with str. 6 Lance broadsides

Wasnt there a rumour a little while ago that some of the tech suits used by the human gangs in Necro were a by product of trading with the tau...? Thank goodness we are more rational here... *cough* If I played Necromunda, I would want a Genestealer Cult force, with all the interesting rules. |

In one game a single stealer gained 12 experiance rolls (attacking gangers who are on fire is fun  ). He gained a load of excellent abilities then went off to have babies and I got a new stealer without any upgrades

There were even a bunch of Spyrer minis, all painted up with little tau symbols here and there on their suits, in one of the paper issues of Fanatic.

This seems daft to me... isn't the point of the Necromunda rules/background that they are REPRESENTATIVE of an Imperial Hive world (of which therer are supposedly hundred's) and the kind of gangs that may be found there-on? If someone wants to put together some sort of Tau war-band for Necromunda, then good luck to them. |
