Hi guys. This came up on Dysartes:
Black Library sale
Some serious bargains here.
I just picked Insignum Astartes (one pound)
Xenology special edition (ten pounds)
And a couple of other bits.
The only problem is that orders under 75 pounds are charged at ten pounds shipping.
Still, real bargains.

just had a look through myself.
The problem is that it takes the original value of the books to calculate the shipping. I racked up a little list & was pondering Xenology special edition too.
I went without it & it let me have ?3.00 shipping, so I thought "well, with the ?7 saved there, I'll get Xenology". Adding that, it only gave me the option of the ?10 shipping, so budgets being what they are, I went without.
Still got some cheap reading though

I guess that this means that certain (high profile, high value) books require special shipping then. I would guess that any 'special editions' require expensive shipping and tracking costs.
To be honest, it doesnt worry me too much. The Xenology was the one that I really wanted, and I already have the non-special edition version!
EDIT: It looks like Xenology Special Edition is now sold out!
