This was posted on TMP back on 23 Feb but I have only just spotted it:
http://theminiaturespage.com/news/567982/
"Hi guys,
It is with much duress that I make the following announcement; Harbinger magazine will cease all production with immediate effect. This decision has been taken after long hours of soul searching after I was placed in to an untenable situation with our investors.
The current plan is to call in all advertising debt and to buy back all unfulfilled subscriptions, although I am having to take legal advice on this to be certain that I am not treating them as preferential debts as this will allow us to wind the company up without bankruptcy. Unfortunately as this is a complicated matter and legal minds go at their own slow pace I will not be making this news public until Monday, so please keep this information confidential until then. Over the course of the next week or so I will be contacting those of you that have unpaid invoices, so that we can work out a payment plan that is acceptable to all parties.
Please let me take this opportunity to thank you for your help in creating Harbinger and for all of the fun that we have had over the course of the last two and a half years.
Please note that as of now the business phone will go straight through to the answer machine, if you need to talk to me then I will only be available on my home phone."

That is terrible news, I really enjoyed the magazine.
Saying that, I think they were letting a lot of things slip over time. Certainly the delay in getting the special miniatures out was pretty poor (there should have been at least 2 more than they got out), and they were behind a by about 4 weeks on getting some issues out.
I was actually moaning about the delays when an issue arrived about 2 months ago, and somebody commented then that it sounded like it might be going under...and I laughed it off at the time.
Ah well.

This is really bad news, but not entirely surprising. I looked around and rarely managed to find it on sale anywhere.
