Greetings all, A few years ago I developed (over several years) a quite extensive generic campaign system and software to support it, 'Art of Warfare'. Since it is a generic campaign system, it can be used for almost any game system which includes tabletop battles (data in editable text files). Currently WH40K and WHF campaigns can be played, and 'Infinity' game system support is being developed. With a little work (and a few interested players) Epic campaigns can also be played. Let me know if anyone is interested - I will be happy to help you getting started on implementing Epic to the campaign system (not that difficult - mostly a matter of including game data in text files). Features: - it is free - map-based campaigns: basically, the software handles all the bookkeeping of the campaign stuff , and the players can then build and move armies, etc. - Battles can be fought as tabletop battles, and the results are then included in the campaign game (or alternatively the computer can be set to resolve the battles, and the campaign can thus be played as a 'pure' computer game). - pbem support - reasonably complex campaign system (cities, fortifications, resources, terrain, different detachment types, different battle orders, special abilities/rules for the various armylists, etc. etc.) - lots of options to match individual preferrences - the software can read rosters created by using Army Builder (v2 or v3) - map editor included - full campaign rules and other help files Download and further info here: http://www.geocities.com/npilgaard/comp ... paign.html Hope you will enjoy it! Thanks Nikolaj PS: I apologize if you have read this on the Specialist Games Forum already, but I try to give as many players as possible a chance to get to play some campaigns ![]() |

Thanks. Feel free to ask if you have any questions. The learning curve is a bit steep at first, but once you get the idea of how things work it is quite easy ![]() Regards Nikolaj |
