Saw this on the GW news page, made me chuckle. This is the entire quote, mind... "From Wednesday August 10th the Hobby Specialists will no longer be answering e-mails. Find out more about our improvements in customer service." Also, GW are keeping their own staff really happy by firing virtually all UK key timers. Good one, GW. |

It seems that when it comes to customer service GW follows the same logic as Finnish banks and postal services: less, worse, more expensive.  Not that they answered email before. I finally had to contact them via the only GW store in Finland to find out how they are going to compensate for me never getting 5 issues of Fanatic after I had emailed them three times without a single answer. |

If I remember correctly they take a second in there explanation to slam email and the internet in there as well, yep blame it on the shoddy medium of email, are these guys even on the same planet as I am anymore? |

NO ... the Troll told me maybe December !?!?!? So I'm hoping he's correct ! It's just annoying to the max that they released Swordwind with all the rules and Cool Pics, but like a Tart on prom night they are going to tease us while they decide to go all the way or not !  No official word either way ... yet ...
