Interesting enough there are a large number of games coming out from GW.

First, Gamespot has a look at the expansion pack from Warhammer 40k: Dawn of War game for the PC.

Also Gamespot has a preview of GW making the Space Hulk game for the  cell phone.  It look something like the first Doom

Than there Mythic Entertainment Who Secures Worldwide Rights to Create Warhammer MMORPG for PC and Console

Lastly there is Namco getting the license for making warhammer game
