Yeah they spelled 'Armageddon' wrong..... If it does happen then good I guess, I would want them to put the EA range back into production, maybe with some new additions but keep the rules as they are.... lets not forget this is the company that released AoS... do you really want them writing a new ruleset? |

Mistakes and tone aside, the inclusion of Lotr makes me very sceptical - that's an expensive licence for a minor product. Sounds like a disgruntled employee prank to me. But I hope I'm wrong! |

I'm a bit ambivalent about this to be honest, it will be good to get newcomers into the epic (and other) scene(s), however the last two attempts by GW to write rules from the ground up resulted in Dreadfleet and AoS which doesn't fill me with confidence, the BEST thing GW did for the SG was to stop trying to drive development for them and leave them in the hands of the players, the problem we face IF GW put out new editions of the game will be yet more division within the community and that is never a good thing..... |

the strangest thing is that this seems to be coming from GW Australia which is backwards to the norm.... one of my friends claims to know someone who has confirmed it as true, but won't reveal his source.... |

kyussinchains wrote: the problem we face IF GW put out new editions of the game will be yet more division within the community and that is never a good thing..... QFTNew exposure would be good but tinkering with an established (mainly) playable game is not going to be fun... |

also while not relevant to epic, looks like Warmaster and Mordheim won't be feeling any love, what with the warhammer world having been blown into teeny tiny pieces..... |

I am both skeptical and ambivalent. Let's see how it plays out. |

from someone who knows a few GW bods "Yeah, something is happening, but the Ozzy poster should be treated as an excited wishlist rather than a list of facts." |

It's not true before it really happens let's wait and see. Interesting times ahead |

Would be great, but don't really believe it before GW main office announces it. |

Meh, after what GW has just done to Fantasy, on top of their past treatment of SG, I'm hardly going to be jumping at anything even if they do bring something out. They treat their long term customers like dirt so stuff them frankly. I prefer what we've built here and will support the other 6mm manufacturers in preference to anything GW. |
