There are sound cool Necron conversions on the GW website today, I thought it worth commenting on here for those that don't check the GW site. ![]() I'm almost tempted to try to convert epic ones like it one day, the Monolith looks great. |

Not exactly sure what I am seeing there. Is the big thing in the middle two monoliths and a pylon stuck together? What's it supposed to be? (can't be arsed to go to GW.com and hunt this out) |

There's no Pylon involved, that's the bits from a single Monolith built tall. Side on it's thin. He said he was inspired by Incan architecture. The smaller stuff is extensively and imaginatively converted like the Terradactl like flyers and the throne like command barge. OT but the Slayer Sword winner from that day's blog entry is pretty cool too, 'The Dying of the Light' (perhaps depicting the final end of the Blood Angels when that hive fleet hits Baal). ![]() |
