I notice PayPal is amending its "additional fees". Seems to be a domestic cap and a separate cross border cap. Changes are from september and october 2011. Maybe something to watch ?

I wish i knew!! Log on to your paypal account and click on policy updates on the right hand side of the screen. Maybe paypal is reducing its fees and its good news !! Or then maybe it will cost us more if we buy from another country(higher cap) and depending on the funding source? Thats the cap that seems new.However as i am a buyer and not a sellar perhaps i am just being cautious.

I thought that this was a limit to the total amount of funds that could be transferred, and not a change in the costs of moving these funds, and that you could remove these caps.... although I havent looked into it in detail and could easily be wrong.

Yeah my VISA charged me some sort of "foreign rate exchange" fee for my latest Exodus Wars order, and that went thru PayPal ... They BLEEP Ya !!!! every chance they get !?!?!?!?

That is standard on my card for any purchase that I make outside of Australia. I am pretty sure that is a bank charge and not a Paypal item.
