Well, it is the first of the month, and so I have looked at the web stats for April. As a combination of the site (particularly the Salute pictures) and these forums, www.epic40k.co.uk has had a total of over 10,338 visits last month! ?:o

That translates as exactly 568,596 hits!
The total download was 5,135,942 Kb

This is the first time in the sites history that we have broken 10,000 visits in a single month, and almost 3000 of those were on the 29th, the day after the Salute pictures went up.

Blimming 'eck! That is more than the EPICentre! We get between 7k and 8k of unique hits a month :D.

Gotta love forums, very good for repeat traffic! ;).

Well, even with the forums we get about 200 visits a day, making about 6000 a month, so you can see that the extra 4000 visits in two days for the Salute pictures makes a huge difference.  :D

me little website got in April

22,646 visits
902,584 hits

March was slightly better with

23,256 visits
919,574 hits

Hmmm.... can we cheat and say that as we have a site alliance with Epic40k.com, NetEPIC.org and Epic40k.co.uk then our hits are added together and we win?  :p

Seriously though, we are working for the same thing here, so as far as I am concerned we are all part of the same team.

Well, another month, and the stats must be good or I would not be writing another post!  :D

Anyway, for interest, the stats for the month of May:

Visits - 12 394
Hits - 734 649
Download - 6 222 082 Kb

Leaving aside Jimbos site, which seems to attract the entire population of the developed world... twice, I am happy. Not bad for a site that did not actualy get any updates during the month!

Iain, what you should do is keep your normal front screen, and have a link to the Nexus on the top bar of your page, next to the links button?
