At the moment there are two different "Epic Background" sub forums, one for EA and one for NetEpic. Does it make sense to have a single fluff-related forum rather than two?

The two backgrounds do diverge a little - NetEpic has Squats! I would want to keep the EA background as 'official', and so a merge would really be dropping the NetEpic background forum.

Actually the last post in the NetEpic Background forum was 2009, so I suppose it's no problem to merge them or remove it!

Plus the NetEPIC Necrons have a completely different background in NetEPIC.

We also have Slann!

Oh, I forgot the Slann. Does this mean that the board is useful for you? I am happy to keep it if required.

They do if the two backgrounds are not exactly the same, which they are not.

welll, slaan and squats are still discussed in most w40k forums, even if they're no longer canon. If we have to split off a background forum for each retcon that GW executes it will get untidy.

On the other hand, neither get a lot of traffic, so keeping both is not harmful either.
