Actually, holy crap that was a hassle. Obviously, the SMF version was written by a different person to the phpBB version. It took over an hour, but this should now be working.

That 'check out Tapatalk' message should only appear the first time you try to connect via a mobile device.
Basically, its an app that you access from an iPhone/iPad, Android phone, Blackberry or Nokia. The app has a directory of forums registered with it. You can look through them, find your favourite - TacCmd and SG, obviously - and post and access the forum through the app.
The app has a paid version which is fully functional, and a free version which only lets you read. You don't have to use the app, and aside from the initial message, you shouldn't notice any difference if you don't use it.

Tapatalk say that the note only appears once, with cookies enabled. Anecdotes say otherwise. Anyhow, if the note becomes tiresome or a pain, it is fairly simply to get rid of (at least for these boards), so just let me know.
