A giant black screen is an uncommon sight in the office and tends to draw attention!

Unfortunately, right now, there isnt. I will need to add a new theme and turn on the option to allow people to choose.

I support lighter background as well.

I dislike black or dark colours on every forum I go.

The default style should be there, its just a matter of allowing the user to select different styles.

Another office dweller here… I too would love an inconspicuous color option! Light gray on a white background would be ideal (not light gray text, just window surrounds and stuff).

I know it may not be practical to grant us that. I’m just adding my support in case it is. Thanks!

In the meantime you could try View -> Page Style -> No Style.

Ahhh.....I'm willing to work and be without the Boards for 8 hours and yet the "Hard Workers" that view have jobs and I don't :(

Ok....I probably look at the boards too if I had a job that could! ;D ::)
