Lot of other forum software has this. Alas, I think Cybershadow has to do this by hand...or...?

That said it would be cool for each person to see their posting amount it categories (percent or something), but this would require updating (or self-patching) the software and thus harder.

Do you mean a list of statistics for each poster to view in their profile section, to see how many posts (s)he has in the respective boards?  Or am I completely misunderstanding you?

Yes, we are growing rapidly, which is really good. Partly, I guess that there are fewer and fewer sites like this still around.

Stats like that on these boards would take a while to put together, if they were even possible - and the forum software has been unsupported for a long time now, so I dont expect any recent updates.

However, visits per day is possible..... I dont know how far back you would want to go.

It would be interesting to know the number of downloads there have been for Raiders too, just to satisfy my own selfish curiosity.     But if I didn't get it, I wouldn't be heartbroken.  Just throwing it out like a letter to Santa. :hi-yah:

linking the two  - Raider downloads and forum 'hits' would be interesting.

Alas, I suspect 'forum hits' might be misleading. Generally when i visit I hit 'new posts' read one and then hit new posts again.

I don't know if this means I count as 15 people or not...

Forum hits may well be distorted by the bot swarms that regularly visit us.

Number of downloads like Raiders, Project Distant Darkness are most interesting. It shows how involved people are.Yet keep in mind same person might d/l a pdf more than once.
