Good paintjob on that Miata-chick!  ???

Personally I went into SoW. Let's see what that might bring.

Since my of my TacComm viewing is done at work, I got caught up on all of my work, including my "rainy day" projects. By Thursday I was scrounging for things to do. I did get some painting done, but unfortunately I was recently diagnosed with carpal tunnel syndrome. I can still paint, but I have to give my hands a rest every five minutes or so.

Constructed some more of my DE, green stuffed some grot on my Nurgle Traitor Guard, and started basing up some marines for a not long turned traitor Slaanesh themed army. Also managed to get some bow shooting in.

Tonnes of blasted work again BUT I managed to finish a Vindicator in Fire Angels colours - the challenge was to paint a flame pattern in L-4-approved camo.... don;t think this'll work, but once I take pics I'll put it to the test.

Oh, I also built a Magnetoplan in 28mm scale. No pics for now as it's part of the Lead Painters' League, but I'll post them once the League is finished in a couple of weeks.
Note - I only managed to get back to Taccomms today, so I had even more time!

Well, with no forums available, I had to venture into the 'outside world' and 'socialise' with people. A thought that left me trembling with fear. Rising to the task though, I attended the leaving do of one of the 'Gorgeous Heroes' a kick ass rock band and some of my drinking buddies from Hemel.

Ended up getting a bit crazy.

I'm the topless one of course.

Also i've been massively productive at work with no distractions, and attended a fair few drinking events.

@blackhorizon
What does Miata time mean (I'm assuming it's something else than summer)?

The Car is Mazda MX-5, and since it is an US edition it is called Miata. In Japan they call the car Eunos I believe.

That's one neat looking museum, E&C, and I love the recursive nature of photographers photographing each other.

Mainly I wept in sorrow from the lack of TacCom, but also created the Zombie Euro Robot Symbol (see Epic 6mm terrain topic).

The oddest version of that I experienced was back when it was still East and West Germany. We were on a coach holiday in Hamburg, and we were taken to see the road crossing that went to Berlin. A West German border guard asked us if we wanted to see the real border, so we went by foot for a mile down a road and approached a 5 bar gate, with barbed wire fencing leading off on either side, even into the river next door. 10 foot or so from either side was a post, marking the countries. As we stood there, and the guard showed us the plowed and mined fields, and pointed out the wall, and watchtower. Lo and behold, two East German guards came up from their side, and proceeded to take photo's of all of us. If we attempted to take a photo of them, they hid their faces behind a pair of binoculars and a camera.
