I can increase the number of required. However, do be aware that the system stores PMs for three months and then automatically deletes them. Does this cause problems. What would make the system easier to use? |

I have to say that I find the PM system pretty good, the only issue being the limited number of messages you can hold. But then even doubling the size of mailboxes would still lead to the same problem of people not deleting msgs until they have to; the end result is the same given that you have a limited DB size. |

OK. I have increased the standard PM mailbox size to 30 (a little larger for mods) and increased auto-deletion to a year instead of 90 days. If this is still not enough, just let me know. All the best. |
