I swear, I am just going to set the board clock to Singapore time and you can all just deal with it!
We dont mess around changing the clocks here... mostly because we are almost on the equator!

Are you changing the server OS time, or the board preferences? Or both? What do the settings look like?
This is the problem. Although messing around with the clock setting here is not fun, its infinitely preferable to changing the server clock twice a year. I have not touched the server settings since before the clocks changed in the UK, and I would rather not do so.
I have now changed the clock on the boards here back to GMT + BST, which should put the board time back one hour from when you posted, Kyrt. This should make your time reference now correct.
If anyone whose name is NOT Bissler is still showing the wrong time, please check that you have GMT + BST (daylight savings) checked in your preferences, and if there is still an issue, let me know.
