I have to admit that I am not really seeing the issues here. The structure will be pretty traditional. There will be two EA sections:
- Epic Armageddon; all official content, the game as it was left by GW
- NetEA; the community site with all updates, and where it was picked up, etc
Each of these sections main page is accessed through the main menu to select the game:

http://www.tacticalwargames.net/content ... armageddonFrom here, the sections will function as a pretty regular site, with two differences:
- The main page will have a brief outline and whatever we want as a 'landing page'. It will have a collection of pages at the bottom, but ignore those for now.
- The section will be essentially a collection of pages classified by the 'NetEA' category. From here, we can create a page to create whatever structure we want. In effect, it will work in a similar way to the wiki, a page/article is created and added into the NetEA category. We can then create a menu page, link them together or just leave them as a loose collection to be accessed through a search (although I wouldn't necessarily recommend the last option).
The new structure and allows us a lot more functionality (for example, the search capability) but we can organise things and set it up any way that makes sense.
To reiterate, the only real difference between this site and a traditional html web site is that here pages are added to the site and sit in a loose collection with a category. This means we can leave them as a loose collection, view all the pages in a certain category, or create a few extra menu pages (or automatic menu pages) to impose any structure that we want.
It is going to be a learning experience initially, but the flexibility and adaptability of this kind of site makes it easy to update and maintain and organise, as well as giving additional functionality.
