If a formation is on a transport and i want to assault the enemy can i move the full speed of the transport vehicle then disembarking the unit 5 cm forward the enemy? (so my assault distance is transport speed + 5cm + 15cm?)

I think that works - you are allowed to disembark after each movement action the danger here is that to do this your troops have to be mounted before they make their action, which makes them vulnerable to being killed in their vehicles by any number of attacks on the column (say a proper Tank company or an air attack).  You will lose not only the vehicles but the units being transported.  So for example a Tactical formation in Rhinos has a potential assault range of 45 cm if you have them mounted from the turn before.
