I've seen that it has been mentioned that the Manticore can be use for Air Defense ... Any stats/rules ?

Yes and you already have stats. They'd literally be just a Hydra at the level of abstraction for Epic, regardless of version. You don't need to take one of the best arty detachments for guard (ea) and make it better. (also fluff note, IIRC it's a different missile they take to perform AA leaving the unit not able to perform arty-so again, Hydra by another name) |

I'd probably put it at a manticore hull with a hunter missile, its fan stats tho so whatever tickles your fancy |
