so I've recently gotten into warmahordes and one of the things that struck me as a great transferable idea, was the idea of unit cards for the bigger warbeasts/jacks, on it there is a nice picture, a weapon summary and an area at the bottom for tracking damage and effects I was wondering if anyone has already made something like this for epic? I think having a smallish card (~A6) at the table edge for each war engine to keep track of shields, damage, single shot, slow fire, crit effects etc would help reduce the clutter that can sometimes build up on the main table, if you laminated the cards then you could use dry-erase markers to mark damage and shields, you could have ones with blank weapon fields for AMTL/OGBM etc so you could write the weapon loadouts in I'm going to have a crack at this but before I do, I wanted to check if anyone else already done something similar so I don't waste my time |

Nope but good idea. You going silhouettes similar to the old 2nd edition cards? Each unit should be slightly custom but yeah common items like DC and crit marks are obvious. Some others only make sense for specificunits, like immobilized gorgons. Might as well put a spot for the name as well and perhaps to note characters. There's someone doing new NetEpic cards from scratch that probably would share content with you if asked, I suspect. Might want to ping them. |

basically think Warmahordes cards but with epic stuff instead of warmahordes stuff, I'd want them to look really nice with artwork and background and nice fonts too personally ![]() reference: ![]() |

Never seen those before. Very nicely done. I'm thinking some FW artwork might be falling in your laptop soon ![]() Give me a ping for some stuff you can use. |

I like the idea. Agreed it could serve as an effective way to clean up some of the tokens that end up on the table. Excited to see where you take this. |

Yep have thought about this myself but way too lazy. Would be cool to have photos of your actual miniatures - of course that would also be a way to have consistent cards even when you don't have any artwork for the unit. |
