Hi guys!

Just thought I would introduce myself. I'm a long time GW player, having been following their games and miniature ranges for over 20 years!!

Anyway, myself and some friends have recently found the love for Epic Armageddon again after a substantial break. For me, over the last few years I've lost faith in GW and the game of 40k, however I have always loved the fluff and the style. With the amount of other game systems out there (Warmachine etc) I'd lost interest in 40k which was a shame.

This resurgence into the world of Epic has not only got me excited for 40k fluff again, but it's really good to be playing the game of EA again. I'd forgotten how good it is!

Well, once I dig out my old stuff, and (hopefully) start getting it painted up, I'll start posting pictures on here. My intention is to post up battle reports too, although these will be spread out due to the location of my epic compatriots.

Yeah man it is! Thanks for the welcome guys. Wasn't expecting that kind of response. Great to see how active this community is. Looking forward to contributing as much as I can! Speaking of which, where is the best place to post things? My friend The_Unpronouncable is posting his Ork Conversions in the "6mm" forum. What would you typically post here in the EA forum? Is this the best place to post army lists to discuss for example? I might have to take some pictures of my collection. Been collecting stuff for a while so have some cool stuff! I'll leave you with this for the time being though: Unfortunately not mine, but this is what hooked me on the road to where I am now...still hobbying 24 years later!!

There are a lot of rules questions and basic or wide-ranging issues discussed here. Army lists go in the EA Strategy (etc. etc.) subforum. If you want to discuss development of the army lists (they're always in flux) then you want to go to the NetEA Development section at the bottom. Have fun!
