In light of the multiple requests recently, I've started consolidating all the titan info I can find. Is there a place to just post a file around here? ? I have a table with: name emblem colors princeps senioris forge world misc. notes source that contains everything I've found so far. Also, I will be posting various questions about info I haven't found in the hopes that our collective wisdom can fill in some of the blanks. First question:?If anyone speaks Spanish, can you please persue the Eye of Terror Spanish site? ? It mentions a Legio Astorum as having unloaded from their transport frigates, but that was about the only detail I could get from the Google translation. All details are welcome. |

The new Imperial Armour book has several Forge Worlds and their titan legions listed. I can post these if you want to. However, there seems AGAIN to be contradictions to earlier fluff. Namely, Flaming Skulls and Storm Lords are not traitor legions any more. ![]() |

Not right now. You will need to host the file and then link to it. If you want space to host it, drop me an email. |

Thanks anyway. More questions for people to research over the weekend: I found mention of a Chaos legion named Iron Skulls with a reference to the EoT Codex. ?Can someone with the EoT book confirm this? ?I am somewhat suspicious because the Legio Metalica's nickname is the Iron Skulls and it dates back to TL with a big feature in the Armageddon stuff. ?Some of the chaos legions did change names after they turned, though. ?Also, any details would be nice. ?They supposedly fought someplace called "inlex salient" but I didn't find a reference in any of the 40K-verse geography sites. Also from the same EoT source, there was a reference to the Death Stalkers legion. ?Again, please confirm if you can. I found a reference to Ordo Reductor as a Demi-legio. ?I think this is wrong as every reference I've found to Reductor is as a division of Adeptus Mechanicus dealing with seige dreads. ?If anyone can confirm they are a TL, let me know. ?Until then, it's in the "misinformation" category. I found a reference to Legio Thanataris and a battle against the Tau. ?It had no references, but when I googled it, I turned up a separate site with a similar reference. ?Can anyone offer any info? There was a reference to the Thunderbolts titan legion, but the few details with it matched the Deathbolts TL. ?Unless someone can provide something, that's going in the "misinformation" category, too. Forge World Metalicus; Legio Metalica, or not? War Griffons. Are they Legio Gryphonicus? I'm somewhat doubtful now that they are Tzeentch, as I can't seem to find a direct reference. In fact, the narrative about the seige of the Emperor's Palace sounds as if the Storm Lords are fellow worshippers of Khorne with the Flaming Skulls. I'd like to get others' opinions on this. I have come to the conclusion that the Storm Lords have grey instead of purple. 2 out of 3 sources say grey, and the one that says purple is Armorcast, while their own pics seem to be grey to me. I'm also going to start collecting fan legions, if only to keep them straight and have a reference, mostly driven by the fan site that stated Storm Lords were Tzeentch. Anyway, if you know of some good player-created TLs, let me know. I'll have more questions after the weekend, I'm sure. And definitely thanks to everyone for all the help so far. |

Good job, Tas. ?I remember some of that from the AT1 rule book. But remember guys, a lot of time G/W will mention a name or unit in the fluff, once. ?And never be heard of again. ?Remember the Lions of the Desert Space Marines ? ?I can only recall hearing about them once in RT, I think. ?Be aware of this, you'll probably run into this with the Titan Legions ... Good Luck ... ![]() |

Incoming! would be a good place to submit it too. As for webspace, your best bet is to ask Cybershadow or myself for an FTP account then you have a central location to collate the information without relying on a third party. |
