I will soon taking the plunge into epic Armageddon , I only played it a few times back when it first was released. Could anyone give my advise on a suitable army list to use . Will just be using the generic codex Space marine army list for first few games but do not know what is most suitable as an all round force ( they are painted as 30k world eaters but want to get used to the rules before moving onto using the death of isstavan army list I found on here) any help would be much appreciated |

2xterminators with chaplain 800 Tacticals+supreme commander+hunter+razorback 475 3xWarhounds 825 Predators+hunter 325 2xLand speeders 400 Thunderbolts 175 Thats 10 activations, but navy+Titans is up too 1000p. Is that legal? Or is it 999p only? |

Thanks guys these lists give me some good ideas, I noticed both include several warhounds. does this work better than having a reaver or warlord ? |

Okay thanks for the advice , maybe keep warlord for higher point games or keep them for a AMTL list . |

Actually I quite like using a warlord in a 3k marine list.... place objectives on halfway line, double the titan so he's 15cm from both, use the marines to deal with stuff that can hurt the warlord, then you are denying the opponent BTS, DTF and TSNP as well as claiming T&H yourself.... it can be difficult to win with, but played well it is also tricky to beat..... |

Well there are very few people in the Newcastle area into epic so my games may be quite spread out ,but looking forward to learning EA |
