AA fire senarios:

I have three ork landas, one on the board already from a previous activation doing a ground attack (without landing, though not sure if it matters), the next about activate to and deploy troops and another yet to activate. My opponent has one group of thunder bolts that just went on CAP and are going to attack the second landa going in for a troop deployment.

if the CAP thunderbolts pass through AA range of my landa already on the board can they be shot at? and if so when are the hits resolved, before the CAP action or after the CAP action.

If I use my third landa to drop off troops the final move being outside of range of the final position of the thunderbolts but with in direct line of the thunder bolts. What is the order of disengage moves and if the thunderbolts are forced to disengage first and they pass within AA range of the 3rd landa that hasn't shot AA would the landa get to shoot them? Alternatively if I ground assault with the third landa in range of the thunderbolts final CAP position can I AA fire against the thunderbolts as well as carrying out a ground assault?

Disengage happens all at the same time. Thus aircrafts cannot fire each other during disengage.

Sorry Sir, but where in the RB ist this stated? I've not found it.

Some relevant FAQ's:
Quote:
Q: Do disengaging aircraft get to fire AA at each other?
A: No. Aircraft only fire AA at each other when movement ends within fire arc of AA weapons, not simply passing through as with ground flak. Disengage moves end off the board, so no AA attacks can occur.

Q: What order do aircraft disengage in?
A: It is simultaneous. As aircraft do not interact with each other during the disengage move, the order is not relevant.

Q: I have a landed aircraft that has AA attacks, so it could potentially shoot at a disengaging aircraft as a ground unit. Does it get to fire flak attacks at disengaging aircraft before it disengages?
A: No. Disengaging is simultaneous, so if the landed aircraft is disengaging it is not a ground unit when the enemy passes by and no flak attack is applicable.
If it becomes critical at some point to determine which landed aircraft are remaining in place and which are
disengaging, take turns specifying which units are disengaging and which are staying in place, then perform all the disengage moves simultaneously as normal.

From the tournament pack (page 4 I beleve).

Quote:
2 1.4.1 Sequence of Play
Q: Can we get a Sequence of Play table that includes all the clarifications about
what happens when in the Strategy Phase and the end Phase?
A: Sure.
Strategy Phase
a) Teleports placed and all other “beginning of turn” abilities go into
effect (alternating, Higher SR chooses who goes first)
b) Roll for Strategy (simultaneous)
End Phase
1. Aircraft disengage (simultaneous)
2. Resolve criticals and other “end of turn” effects (alternating, higher
SR chooses who goes first)
3. Rally (alternating, Higher SR goes first)
4. Daemons disappear (simultaneous)
5. Check victory conditions by scenario rules (varies by scenario and
may come at a different point in the sequence)

Or you could class it as you used "house rules" ;) .
The beauty of Epic A is that you are encouraged to change stats/rules if you prefer a different way. It will only be important to use the "official rules" if you are wanting to add to playtesting feedback or at tournaments.

Not even the latter. Tournaments are free and often put their own rules or spin on rules into play! :)

Is there a link to this faq?
It seems much more comprehensive than the faq in the E:A TP. I wonder what else we have been playing wrong.. :)
Thanks!

The FAQ's I quoted are the latest version that is being incorporated into the Tournament Pack.

The NetEA rules committee, bringing you useful stuff since GW walked away! :)
