I am currently searching for some kind of system of Experience for an Epic campaign. Something that allows to carry on specific units throught multiple scenarios, to allow power up and statistic improvement...

There is something like this arround the internet (in other words on TACCOM)? :D

And if it doesn't exist, maybe will be cool to realize it like a project here on taccom ! :whistle

Bissler did one for NetEpic. You might want to read his and see if it gives you some ideas.

Apologies for not noticing this, I didn't look at this thread as it related to E:A and I'm a Net Epic man!

Here's some links, hopefully you will find some of these to be useful or at least give you some ideas for adapting it or creating your own system for E:A.

I did consider the idea of other units including vehicles and infantry gaining experience but after discussion with the community we decided it was impractical and probably would create a lot more paperwork during the campaign. The original idea was for every 10 experience points earned (XP awarded for breaking enemy units, capturing objectives etc) one stat could be increased by 1. For example, a unit's roll to hit enemy units or its save could be be increased from say 4+ to 3+.

Maybe this could work:

You use EpicUK:s tournament scoring system. Then the players get their scoring points x10 in points to buy new units.
Wiped units have to be rebought while damaged ones heals fully between battles.

Or if you want to give winners a slight edge let them get scoring points x15 points to buy new units for.
